These terms are between you and Koaching the Gap, Australian Business Number (ABN) 23 573 019 125. Koaching the Gap is run by Ted Johnston as a sole trader. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Koaching the Gap, and "you" means the person or organisation that engages us.
Koaching the Gap is moving to a company structure. Clause 21 explains what that means for you.
These terms apply to everything we provide: coaching, mentoring, cultural supervision, advisory work, facilitation, speaking, university teaching, group programs and any written materials or digital content.
They are read together with our Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Payment terms, Website Terms of Use, Non-Medical Disclaimer and Client Responsibility Disclaimer, and with the page Platforms that may hold your information. Together they are the agreement between you and us.
If you engage us under a signed contract, a statement of work or a purchase order, and that document conflicts with these terms, the signed document comes first for that engagement. If we are working as a subcontractor to another organisation, our agreement with that organisation comes first.

Most engagements start with a conversation about what you need. We then send a written quote or proposal that sets out the work, the fees, the dates and anything else that matters.
You accept in one of three ways:
These terms apply from that point. For speaking and teaching, the host's written booking confirmation does the same job.
We do not sell services through an online checkout. Nothing on our website creates an engagement until we have confirmed it with you in writing.
