When you engage Koaching the Gap, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. Your results depend on your participation, your commitment and your follow-through on the actions you agree to. No specific outcome is guaranteed.
2. The decisions you make during or after an engagement, whether personal, professional, financial or organisational, are yours. You are responsible for them and for their consequences.
3. Coaching guidance is not legal, financial, medical or tax advice. Where a decision needs professional advice in one of those areas, get it from a qualified professional.
4. Where we give you information, tools or frameworks, you judge whether they suit your circumstances before you act on them.
5. You give us accurate and complete information, and tell us when something material changes.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Agreement

When you accept a quote or proposal, or confirm an engagement in writing, you agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Cancellation and Refund Policy, and you acknowledge the Privacy Policy, the Website Terms of Use, the Non-Medical Disclaimer and this Client Responsibility Disclaimer.
