1. Agreement to these terms

These Website Terms of Use cover your use of the Koaching the Gap website at koachingthegap.com and these public information pages (together, the "Site").

By using the Site you agree to these terms. Our Terms and Conditions govern any services we provide; nothing on the Site creates an engagement until we confirm it with you in writing. Words with a particular meaning are explained in Definitions and glossary.

2. Using the Site

The Site is here so you can learn about our services and get in touch. You may view, download and print pages for that purpose, and for your own or your organisation's internal reference.

You must not:

• use the Site unlawfully, or in a way that harms Koaching the Gap or interferes with other people's access
• try to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or any system connected to it
• resell, republish or commercially exploit Site content without our written consent
• use automated means to scrape, harvest or extract content from the Site, including to train or fine-tune machine learning or artificial intelligence (AI) models, without our written consent

3. Intellectual property

All content, branding, graphics and materials on the Site belong to Koaching the Gap or its licensors.

You may view, download and print them as clause 2 above allows. How cultural material is treated is set out in the Terms and Conditions, clause 10. Do not reproduce, distribute, adapt, translate, publicly display or build on Site content without our written permission.

4. What you send us through the Site

If you submit content through a form on the Site, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it to respond to you and to provide our services. You confirm you have the right to send it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
