Status: voluntary. The Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) requires a statement from entities with annual consolidated revenue of at least $100 million. Koaching the Gap is well below that threshold and is not a reporting entity. Any entity may lodge a voluntary statement under the Act. This page is not one of those; it sets out what we do.

Our business and supply chain

Koaching the Gap is a small Australian professional services practice. Our supply chain is short: software subscriptions from established providers, a virtual office membership in Melbourne, professional insurance and accounting services, and from time to time associates and subcontractors who deliver part of an engagement. We do not manufacture, import or hold stock.

What we do

• We pay associates and subcontractors agreed rates, on invoice, on time. We do not use unpaid labour.
• We engage associates and subcontractors on written terms that meet Australian law.
• We buy from providers with published modern slavery or human rights commitments where they exist.
• We cooperate with buyers' modern slavery reporting, including supplier questionnaires.

As we grow

When we employ staff or take on a larger supplier base, we intend to add a short supplier check to our onboarding and review this statement.
