Executive coaching for senior people, and the organisations backing them
One of our core offerings is Koaching Packages. It's executive coaching in two set programs, for senior people with a lot riding on their decisions and for the organisations investing in them. Coaching is forward-looking and requires action: you set goals and act on them. Each program has a set number of sessions and a fixed fee.
What it solves
- A bigger role. You have stepped up, or the role has grown, and the way you used to work no longer fits.
- Load at the top. The decisions are heavier, and there are fewer people you can think them through with.
- Change that has to hold. You are leading a change that needs time, and you want a steady place to test your thinking.
- Good intent that has stalled. You or your organisation have made commitments to First Nations people, and you want to move from good intent to better practice.
Why organisations choose us
- A coach who has done the job. The Principal spent more than seven years in the public service, including senior leadership roles, and serves on a board.
- Certified. He is a Certified Organisational Coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL).
- A First Nations lens. He works where institutions meet other ways of knowing, doing and being. That lens is useful to any leader whose decisions affect First Nations staff, clients or communities.
- Indigenous owned. Koaching the Gap is 100% Indigenous owned and a Supply Nation Registered Supplier.
The two programs
- Foundations coaching program. Six sessions over three to four months, for a fixed fee. It suits a development plan with two or three named areas, a new or expanded role, or a person who wants a steady rhythm without a long commitment.
- Executive coaching program. Ten sessions over six to seven months, for a fixed fee. It suits a senior or high-load role, change that needs time to hold, or an organisation that wants a check-in point partway through.
