Status: voluntary. As a Supply Nation Registered Supplier we have agreed to comply with the Supply Nation Member and Supplier Code of Conduct. The Australian Consumer Law applies to how we deal with every buyer.
What we commit to
- Honesty. We say what we can and cannot do. We do not overstate qualifications, experience or outcomes.
- Independence. Advice is given in your interest. We tell you if we have a connection to a person, organisation or product we are talking about.
- Conflicts of interest. Before an engagement we check for conflicts, including the Principal's board and committee roles, and declare any that matter. Where a conflict cannot be managed, we decline the work.
- Gifts and benefits. We do not accept gifts or benefits that could influence our advice, beyond ordinary hospitality.
- Confidentiality. What you tell us stays with us, within the limits set out in our Privacy Policy.
- Fair dealing with Mob. We do not take a margin on work that other First Nations practitioners already hold, and we do not use their relationships or knowledge as our own.
- Speaking up. Anyone can raise a concern about our conduct, without cost or detriment, using How to raise a concern or complaint.
