What we do
- Plain language. Everything we write is in plain, direct English. If something is unclear, tell us and we will fix it.
- Other formats. Any of our documents or pages can be provided in another format on request, such as large print or an accessible document.
- Online sessions. Our online meetings run on Microsoft Teams, which offers live captions. Tell us what you need before a session and we will set it up.
- Adjustments. We make reasonable adjustments to how, when and where we work with you. Ask, and we will work it out together.
- Venues. For in-person work, we ask the host about step-free access, hearing loops and quiet spaces before the day.
What we are still working on
Our public pages are being rebuilt with accessibility in mind, including contrast, headings and alternative text for images. If you hit a barrier, email [email protected].
